URBAN FOXES - A WILD ADAPTATION
Our densely populated cities are not only home to humans but are also shared with a surprising variety of wildlife that has learned to adapt and thrive in urban environments. Animals have found ways to coexist alongside us in some of the most unlikely places. But with urbanisation continuing at an unprecedented pace, the pressures of habitat loss and the shrinking of green spaces create new challenges for these species. With every patch of land developed another habitat is lost.
This documentary explores how wildlife is adjusting to city life, the struggles they face, and the unexpected benefits of living alongside them. It is not only possible for humans and wildlife to share our cities, but is also essential for biodiversity, for our environment, and for our own wellbeing.
